Unlike many general auction houses, Corporate Auctions places its clients’ assets in front of a worldwide internet online auction audience with the convenience, comfort and assurance of bidding from their own home or office environment.
As well as customising a marketing plan for each client’s needs, using our experience we consider every detail such as the size of the location and whom to aim at regarding the variety of assets that we are disposing of. Utilising media resources available to reach out to buyers all over the world, during this process we are targeting both trade buyers and end-users who often bid against each other.
Asset and Data Collection
Once we have been instructed we can:
- Handle all on site instructions transforming your warehouse
- Store into a showroom
- If required, we have the warehousing and transporting facilities to ship assets to our own warehouses where assets are set out and stored for public viewings prior to online bidding.
All assets are inventorised and lotted up, surround digital photography of each lot is taken together with descriptions of the condition, for example if the asset is in working order, service history where required, together with age.
We’ll Take Care Of Everything
Whether on our client’s site or on our own, our experience in supply of labour and client relations minimises stress. During this whole process we liaise with our client on a day-to-day basis – this can either be by direct contact or email.
An assigned customer liaison manager is introduced, providing consistency to the report of each step of our disposal, using our inhouse bespoke systems, each client is provided report data in the format that they require.
Online auction plans and results are made available both prior, during and after auctions. We manage the collection of all funds and ensure that successful bidders receive and remove their purchases from site.
